On March 8, 2024, Mrs. Emiliana Tatlonghari, Founder Organizer RVSCA, President Elect - RVSCA 2024, transferred her duties, responsibilities, and assets to RVSCA Vice President, Mr. Sammy Del Mundo. Mrs. Tatlonghari, President elect 2024, Rodriguez Village Homeowners Association, continues to fulfill her role as the Vice President, providing essential support and guidance to the new leadership.

We play a vital role in promoting the dignity, well-being, and active participation of elderly individuals in society, contributing to overall quality of life and ensuring that our voices are heard and respected.  

Aims to alleviate the financial burden of RVSCA members during hospitalizations or recovery periods, demonstrating the association's commitment to supporting its members in times of need. Damayan is one-time benefits per year  provided for members who were hospitalized prior to death including outpatient eye surgery.
